The mansion is situated at the edge of a small village (all commerce) with a harbour (canal latéral à la Loire) and is
located near the famous wine resorts of Pouilly (Fumé) and Sancerre.
There is a garden in front of the mansion and a park on the backside. It has 2 terraces with a beautiful view at the
park with many old and special trees. The park reaches to the river side of the Loire. You can stroll along the river in summertime
and feel one with nature.
There is an original “pigeonnier” from the 17e century.
Cars can be parked in a double carport with electric doors.
The entrance has an electric iron gate.
